Step 1: On the left side you will find “Online Services” menu, under that click on the link “Merchant Portal”

Step 2: Will redirect to Merchant Portal and click on “Login” button on right side of the screen.

Step 3: You need to enter the login credentials like “User Name” and “Password”.

Step 4: Once you enter credentials, click on “Submit” button.

• Enter the new password and then confirm password.
• Click on “Reset”.
